Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • 🇺🇸 U.S. Mainland

We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or other U.S. overseas territories.

Remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii, islands, or carrier-designated hard-to-reach locations) may require additional shipping fees or extended delivery times. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical delivery address to avoid delays.


Shipping Origins

We have fulfillment centers in multiple regions. The system will ship from the nearest warehouse based on inventory and delivery address. After the order is shipped, carrier information and tracking number will be provided. Orders may ship from different locations due to inventory or split shipments. Estimated delivery time is subject to carrier standards.

  • U.S. West Coast Warehouse (California Warehouse / WPLA16)

As our primary warehouse, it handles most orders shipped within the U.S. mainland.

  • China Warehouse (Jinhua, Zhejiang, China)

A small number of new products, customized items, and special parts will be shipped directly from our China warehouse.


The shipping origin for all packages will be clearly stated in the "Shipping Confirmation Email." Some orders may be split into multiple shipments.
Customers can check the delivery status in real-time on the "Order Tracking" page on our website.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Pacific Time, Los Angeles). Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays; orders placed then will be processed the next business day.

  • Cut‑off Time: Orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM PT (Monday–Saturday) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Peak Season: During major sales or holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Prime Day), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days due to high order volume.

The delivery times listed below are carrier estimates and do not include the 1–2 business days of processing. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, customs clearance, or holidays.

Delivery times are based on standard carrier services and exclude processing time.


Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. If your address is identified by the carrier as a remote area, the system will display a surcharge at checkout for your confirmation before order submission.


Order Tracking

We provide a tracking system so you can check your package status anytime. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

Shipping Issues

  • Delays / No Updates: Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please take photos immediately and contact us. We will arrange a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

  • Incorrect Address: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 48 hours. During this time, we will hold your order to assist with updating the address.
