2. What's Covered

This warranty covers non-man-made defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • No power or electrical malfunction
  • Structural breakage due to manufacturing defects

3. What's Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (diamond blades, grinding discs, dust extraction components, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper operation
  • Minor cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
  • Use outside of product specifications or rated parameters
  • Damage resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, accidents, etc.)
  • Products purchased second-hand or resold items

4. Proof Required

To process your warranty claim, please provide:

  • Order number or purchase invoice
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

You can submit your warranty claim through:

Tip: To speed up the process, include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or video in your initial submission.

6. Resolution Process

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Free repair of the defective product
  • Replacement with a new or refurbished unit
  • Like-for-like exchange for an equivalent product

The specific resolution will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and technical feasibility. Our team will communicate the chosen solution and next steps with you.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Verified warranty defects: HERZO covers shipping costs for repair or replacement
  • Non-defect returns or inspections: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If a product is found to be functioning as designed (no defect), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

8. Warranty Effective Date

The warranty period begins from the carrier's "delivered" scan date. This is the official delivery confirmation from the shipping provider.

Important: Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from HERZO or authorized retailers. Second-hand, resold, or unauthorized purchases are not eligible for warranty service.
